Dan Meitus is Managing Partner and Employing Broker of Unique Management Solutions, LLC, the property management arm of Unique Properties. Managing over 1.2 MM square feet of commercial and residential space with a value of more than $160MM, Dan oversees all asset/property management activities.
With a background in operations and building businesses, Dan Meitus brings critical analytical and planning skills to commercial real estate transactions and, particularly, to asset management. His past roles include vice president or director of operations or marketing (in product development), and other programs for companies like eCollege.com, Hewlett Packard, Nextel, Teamshare and Verado. He has led multi-million dollar projects for Fortune 100 and international clients such as Caterpillar and Ferrari and overseen partnerships with technology leaders such as Microsoft, IBM, and EMC. When serving as Vice President of Marketing for eCollege the company received “Colorado’s #1 Fastest Growing Private Company” award.
Mr. Meitus applies his considerable expertise in business strategy and project management to asset management, vendor relationships, building marketing, and lease negotiations for Unique Management Solutions. His corporate experience negotiating and leading complex projects resulted in completions that were within budget and on schedule.
Mr. Meitus earned the RPA designation from BOMA, holds a managing brokers license and has been managing commercial real estate for over 20 years. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and B.S. in computer science at Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Meitus has served on the Boards of the Wharton Club, Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Colorado Scholastic Chess Association, Denver Business Series and ICF Foundation.
